The photograph was taken the night of October 31
"The image is of good quality and no retouching whatsoever" image analyst says Guillermo Cruz. Since then the EXIF \u200b\u200bis intact. 
It shows the original picture as extracted from the camera so that if anyone interested wants analyze their own will.
All indications are that this is a statue but ... there is no statue similar to the one shown photographed.
